– On the arrival day the rooms are available from 3 p.m. On the departure day the accommodation should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. (from saturday to saturday).

– Breakfast, electricity, gas and water for the under floor heating in the apartments are included; each apartment has its own thermostat controlled by the guests.

– Wood for stoves and barbecue is free.

– Final cleaning is included.

– The prices may be subject to any discount when booking both apartments.

SUPPLEMENTS:

– Extra cleaning during the stay: 50 € .

– Extra sheets change during the stay: 5 € per person.

– Pets of small and medium size: 25 € a week.

– Extra single sofabed: 10 € per day.*

– Additional bed for children: 5 € per day.

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 30% of the stay by bank transfer or paypal.

CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATIONS: In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. For stays not used due to late arrival, non-arrival or suspension of a not communicated sojourn at least 30 days before arrival, the deposit / down payment will not be returned and it will be required to pay for the entire period of the stay.
